Not only this but we are very aware of the needs of the bereaved family and how we may be able to help during an extremely difficult time. 

Here are the people that can take the best care of your loved ones:

  • Angela Dunn

    Angela is the General Manager of All Faiths and works closely with the operational team to ensure that our families and their loved ones receive the highest standards of service and care.

    With many years of experience working within bereavement, Angela has a wealth of knowledge which she uses to ensure we are always there to support people through a difficult time.

  • Pete Sadler-Eastwood

    Pete is the Operations Manager at All Faiths and co-ordinates our team of colleagues to ensure that we provide a friendly, supportive and timely service. Having worked in bereavement for the past 12 years in both Funeral Directing and crematoria, Pete takes great pride in being able to enable the team to provide a personal and memorable service.

  • John Watt

    John is our Team Leader and supervises our ambulance crew. Working in conjunction with the wider team, John ensures our colleagues have what they need to support families on their visits to the crematorium and maintains the highest levels of care for the loved ones entrusted to us.

  • Helen Bailey

    Helen is our Funeral Co-ordinator and is one of the friendly voices at the end of the telephone there to guide and support families through the arrangement process. Having previously worked in a Funeral Director’s office and in the crematorium office, Helen is knowledgeable and hard-working to ensure the very best for those in our care.

We give you the confidence that your service will be carried out in a respectful manner, offering a digital webcast of the service as part of our Birch option, showing:

  • Your loved one being taken into the Hall of Remembrance with music selected by you 

  • A few words being spoken by our staff

  • A photo and the name of your loved one displayed on our screens

All Faiths Direct Cremation provides a transparent pricing policy ensuring the collection of your loved one from a hospital setting; a dignified cremation and return of ashes  is carried out for an inclusive fee, with no hidden extras.

Birches Crematorium, our award-winning crematorium is based ten minutes away from junction 18 of the M6 so you may attend the short committal service at the crematorium or visit the crematorium and spend time in our grounds whenever you want to. You are also invited to attend our annual Service of Remembrance if you wish.
